Dimitri Romanee is a character in Visual Prison and a member of ECLIPSE.

A vocalist for the world-renowned ECLIPSE, Dimitri has been a member of the band since its inception and is currently working with Hyde. He is cheerful and positive. A perfectionist like no other, he is constantly brimming with excessive self-confidence.^[1]

Etymology

Trivia

• According to character designer Ikumi Katagiri, the shaved part of Dimitri's hair is his natural hair color and the blue parts are dyed. At first, she was going to have him wear a see-through nightgown, but he wouldn't be able to walk around outside in that, so she settled on his current look.^[4]
• Dimitri, along with Hyde and Guiltia, were turned by the same vampire in the 1700s, France. They are not biologically related, but can be considered vampire "brothers".
• As a human, Dimitri was a nobleman.
• Dimitri's beetle, Odin, is a type of Japanese Rhinoceres Beetle named kabutomushi (かぶとむし). Its name is derived from the kabuto, a Samurai helmet.
